Why outstanding? I had phoned another locksmith service in Yellow Pages that advertised 24 hour service and set out a list of towns in the region: apparently no one was able to come out about 3pm on a Sunday or indeed any time that day. I was told not to try advertisements with a reference number because he had contacted them all - I now understand that they were probably a national call centre, despite the local towns listed. 

I then called Link Locksmith Services and Ian arrived within 40 minutes - I live in a rural area about 14 miles away from him..".

"Excellent, prompt and thorough service. We received excellent service for a faulty lock on a uPVC door. We had a call back soon after logging our problem. Even though ours was not a real emergency Ian came around the same day. He kept us informed throughout about what he was doing, possible outcomes and cost implications. He carries a wide range of spares and has a workbench on his van, including key cutting, so he would expect to complete most tasks on one visit. We thought his pricing structure was fair. Would I use him again if needed? Definitely Yes".

"We had changed the batteries for the electronic keypad on our Sentry safe but then it would not open. Unfortunately, the key that came with the safe was not a keypad override and so that would not open it either. Ian came round and we decided the safe had to be broken into; there was no other option after various methods were tried. Fortunately, we didn’t need to get into the safe urgently for passports but Ian said he would have come round anytime if that had been the case. Ian has since looked into a replacement safe and would be able to supply and fit it as needed. We would definitely recommend Link Locksmith Services".
